The flagship of the German Air Force's Flugbereitschaft VIP wing — an Airbus A350-900 named 'Konrad Adenauer' after West Germany's first chancellor. Handed over in 2022, it leads a trio of A350s that replaced the notoriously unreliable A340 fleet, whose breakdowns repeatedly stranded German leaders abroad. It carries the Chancellor and President on long-haul state visits.
