FAA CARES registration-history records reviewed by JetSweep show serial 20779 moving from N779JG to special registration N350PR under MMR West, with the 2024 special-registration paperwork signed by Lee J. Couch and earlier MMR West registration paperwork signed by Rodi F. Rispone.
Those signers move the read past a bare LLC lookup. Couch's FAA filing uses an MMR Group email domain, and public MMR/apprenticeship records place Rispone in MMR context. The clean attribution is therefore MMR West / MMR Group-linked aircraft: a private aircraft entity tied through registration-control evidence to the Baton Rouge-based MMR orbit.
The LSU context comes from MMR's public footprint, not from the aircraft registry alone. MMR describes James "Pepper" Rutland as its founder, president, and CEO, and as an LSU football alumnus and LSU construction-technology graduate.
