Nebraska-Linked Aircraft Made Unexplained Denver-Kansas City Loop
The Lincoln-based tail logged a first recorded Centennial Airport stop before closing a three-leg route back at Lincoln.
N968DB left Lincoln for Centennial Airport near Denver on June 20, continued to Johnson County Executive near Kansas City, and landed back in Lincoln at 1:55 p.m. CT. The Centennial stop was new in 136 earlier persisted trips for the tail. Nebraska had public football activity in Lincoln that night, including Red Sea Rising and Battle of the Boneyard, but those sources do not explain the aircraft route.
